Delivery

At Greyhound Products Direct the delivery charge is based on the total weight of your order. Following are our freight charges:

For all orders outside NSW and over 20kg please contact us for a freight charge.

We firmly believe even with adding the above relevant freight charge to your order you are still buying well below the average.

If you are ordering liquid (mls/litres) the volume is approximately equal to the weight in grams. For example if you are ordering a 5 litre product the weight will be approximately 5kg.

If you are unsure of the delivery charge or the total weight of your order please contact us immediately.

Greyhound Products Direct orders are mostly delivered by Australia Post, although some larger and heavier items are delivered by courier.

For delivery to major State and Territory cities and surrounding areas please allow 2-3 working days from date of clearance of payment.

In the event that some ordered items are on back-order, you will be contacted and given the option to select partial shipment of your order.

Greyhound Products Direct will also make regular appearances at tracks on race days/nights where products will be available for sale and order. Please contact us for more information.

Delivery outside of Australia

International orders are charged at the Greyhound Products Direct 'Special Discounted' Australia Post International Parcel Rate. Greyhound Products Direct will supply this cost at the time of order. For all International Orders please email or fax your order as normal and we will provide you with a freight charge ASAP.

Please allow up to 1 - 2 weeks for delivery.

Payment

At Greyhound Products Direct all products and freight charges are in Australian Dollars.

If you are ordering internationally you can use the free Currency Converter: http://www.xe.com/ucc/ to check the total amount you need to pay. If you are in any doubt please don't hesitate to contact us at anytime.

We accept wire transfer (payment made directly to our Greyhound Products Direct Account), Money Orders, Cheques and all major Credit Cards.
